I have always been a spiritual seeker.
My journey began when I started searching for inner peace. I had been living in chaos for no apparent reason and with no clear explanation. I had a normal childhood, yet a sense of sadness followed me from a very young age.
Books helped heal me when I struggled with anxiety and depression. I read countless books because they were my only source of self-help and education on how to change my inner world.
In my early twenties, I began my journey into psychology to discover myself and understand the root of my anxiety. I had very low self-confidence, which caused me to struggle in many situations throughout my life.
While reading books by Louise Hay, Joe Dispenza, and similar writers, I discovered the Emotional Scale by Abraham Hicks.
Discovering the Emotional Scale was a turning point in my life: the moment when I chose to transform rather than simply survive.
As I started learning about it and applying it to my own life, I saw fascinating results from the very beginning. Through years of trial and error, I developed methods that allowed me to overcome my fears, build my self-confidence, and live the life of my dreams.
As I shared my process and watched these techniques transform the lives of others, my mission became clear.
Help people transform their lives by changing their mindset, overcoming negativity and limiting patterns, mastering their emotions, and unlocking their highest potential.

Let's get started
The Emotional Scale maps a range of emotions, from elevated states such as joy, appreciation, freedom, love, and empowerment to fear, grief, desperation, despair, and powerlessness. Each emotion has a frequency associated with it.
Consider this guiding scale a roadmap that helps you move from where you are when you check in to where you want to be emotionally. Its purpose is to help you become aware of your current emotional state and find a gradual path toward feeling better. Instead of trying to make a dramatic emotional shift, begin by recognizing where you are and reaching for thoughts that feel slightly better and more supportive.
The closer we move toward joy and appreciation, the more open we feel to the possibilities and experiences we desire.
When you are experiencing emotions such as fear, sadness, or powerlessness, immediately reaching for highly positive thoughts can feel unrealistic or forced. Instead of trying to convince yourself that everything is wonderful, focus on finding one thought that feels just a little better than where you are right now.
Emotional transformation does not require jumping from fear to joy overnight. Forcing yourself to feel positive before you are ready can create even more inner resistance. The process becomes more natural when you acknowledge your current emotion and gradually move toward relief.
As you release resistance, loosen the need to control exactly how things must happen, and cultivate emotions that feel better to you, you create more space to recognize and move toward the opportunities, relationships, and experiences you desire.
The energy we give out attracts energy of a similar frequency. When we remain in lower emotional states, we attract people, situations, and experiences that reflect the vibration we are holding.
Remember: we are always manifesting, even if we are not consciously aware of it.
As we rise through the Emotional Scale, our vibration shifts, and so does our point of attraction. Each step toward joy brings us into alignment with experiences that reflect a higher frequency.
There are many ways to lean toward joy and move up to a higher-vibration emotion.
The next time you find yourself experiencing emotions near the lower end of the Emotional Scale, remember that you do not have to transform how you feel all at once. Start gently. Look for one thought that brings a little relief, then another. Small emotional shifts can gradually create positive momentum and help you move toward a better-feeling state.
One powerful way to shift your emotional energy is to turn your attention toward someone else. When we are struggling emotionally, our thoughts can become consumed by our own worries, problems, and unmet needs. Stepping outside of that internal dialogue and connecting with another person can create an immediate change in perspective.
Think about someone you care about: a friend, family member, colleague, or anyone who might appreciate hearing from you. Send them a message, give them a call, or simply ask, “How are you? Is there anything I can do for you today?”
It does not have to be a grand gesture. Listening, offering encouragement, sharing kindness, or simply being present for another person can be enough.
When you shift your attention from “What am I missing?” or “Why is this happening to me?” to “What can I give?” your emotional state can begin to change. You create space between yourself and the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, while activating feelings such as connection, compassion, and purpose.
From an energetic perspective, being of service also changes what you are putting out into the world. Instead of operating from lack or resistance, you begin contributing from a place of generosity and connection.
Moving up the Emotional Scale is not about trying harder to feel happy. It is about changing where you place your attention. Offer something positive, however small, and notice what begins to shift within you.
When you focus on gratitude, your attention shifts toward what is already working, meaningful, and beautiful in your life. Appreciation can help you move into a more open state, one that aligns you with love, abundance, and the experiences you want to welcome into your life.
Gratitude can also be a powerful way to soften worry. It is difficult to stay completely absorbed in anxious thoughts while intentionally focusing on what you genuinely value. The more attention you give to appreciation and gratitude, the less space you leave for worry to dominate your emotional state.
Use the Appreciation Game whenever you notice yourself becoming caught in worry, stress, frustration, or negative thinking. Pause for a moment and consciously recognize what you already have right here, right now. Say it out loud, write it down, or simply acknowledge it quietly to yourself.
Practice gratitude for what is already present in your life, including the things that may have become so familiar that you no longer notice them. What feels ordinary to you today may be something another person deeply wishes for.
When you are in a state of appreciation, there is no room for worry, because they cannot coexist. Where attention goes, energy follows. Let appreciation remind you of how much goodness is already present.
One of the simplest ways to begin moving upward on the Emotional Scale is to shift your attention toward something that genuinely makes you feel better. When you have a difficult day or feel emotionally stuck, give yourself permission to do something that brings you even a small amount of pleasure or relief.
It does not need to be anything extraordinary. Put on your favorite music, dance, go for a walk, exercise, call someone you enjoy talking to, cook, or simply do something that helps you reconnect with yourself. Joy can be found in the smallest moments.
Anything that brings you a sense of relief or happiness can help shift your emotional state. When you intentionally give your attention to something that feels good, you begin creating positive emotional momentum and gradually move upward on the Emotional Scale.
Redirecting your attention does not mean pretending that problems do not exist. You can acknowledge what you are feeling without allowing it to consume all of your attention.
Creating a little emotional distance from a problem allows you to return to it with a clearer mind and a different perspective. From a better-feeling emotional state, it can be easier to recognize new possibilities, solutions, ideas, support, and opportunities that were difficult to see when you were worried or frustrated.
You do not always have to solve the problem first to feel better. Sometimes, feeling a little better is exactly what helps you see the solution. Start by doing something that makes you feel good.
Celebrate every small step up the Emotional Scale. Every shift toward a better-feeling emotion is progress, no matter how small it may seem. Acknowledge each step: you do not need to reach joy immediately. What matters is that you are moving forward. Keep climbing.
I recommend tracking your emotions and journaling regularly. Over time, you will be able to look back, recognize how far you have come, notice patterns in your emotional journey, and celebrate every step upward.
Let positive momentum grow naturally. Keep following what feels better, one step at a time. The goal is not to force joy, but to keep moving toward it.
Natural Ways to Support Your Feel-Good Chemistry with quick activities that can activate your serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.
Feeling better doesn’t always require a dramatic change. Some of the most effective ways to support your mood and well-being are surprisingly simple: move your body, spend time outside, connect with people, accomplish something meaningful, and give your mind a break from constant stimulation.
Different physical activities stimulate different chemical processes in the brain and body.
Dopamine plays an important role in motivation, learning, reward, and goal-directed behavior. One practical way to work with this system is to create opportunities for small, achievable wins.
The key isn't to constantly chase pleasure. Instead, learn to associate satisfaction with progress and effort.
Serotonin is involved in many processes throughout the body, including mood, sleep, appetite, and digestion. Rather than thinking of one activity as a direct “serotonin boost,” focus on habits associated with better overall well-being.
You don't always need more stimulation. Sometimes your nervous system needs sunlight, movement, nature, and a little silence to feel better.
Oxytocin is closely involved in social bonding, attachment, trust, and physical affection.
Make space for genuine human and animal connection.
Even journaling can complement this process—not because it simply “releases oxytocin,” but because reflecting on your emotions can help you understand yourself and communicate more openly with others.
Connection isn't measured by how many people surround you. It's measured by how present you are with them.
Endorphins are chemicals produced by the body that can help modulate pain and contribute to the positive feelings associated with physical activity.
Choose movement you genuinely enjoy because consistency matters more than finding the “perfect” exercise.
Your body was designed to move, and movement can change how you feel.
These activities may not provide the instant stimulation, but they can leave you feeling more grounded, accomplished, connected, and present afterward.
Start small. Choose one or two habits and repeat them consistently.
You don't need to completely change your life overnight.
Small habits, repeated consistently, can gradually change the way you experience your day and we can help you to be consistent with the PhoenixRising app.
Recording your thoughts in an app isn't simply about online journaling—it's about understanding your thoughts, recognizing your emotional patterns, and becoming more intentional about how you respond to life.
If you want to understand yourself better, reduce mental clutter, and become more aware of your emotions, try journaling for 10 minutes every night.
Writing forces you to slow down and put your thoughts into words. What feels confusing in your mind often becomes easier to understand once you see it on paper.
Instead of replaying the same worries repeatedly, write them down. Ask yourself: What actually happened? What can I control? What do I need to let go of? Giving your thoughts somewhere to go can make your mind feel less crowded.
After a few weeks, look back at your entries. You may begin noticing recurring emotions, triggers, worries, behaviors, and situations that consistently affect your mood. You cannot change a pattern you haven't recognized.
When something triggers you, write about it before reacting. Ask: What am I feeling? Why did this affect me? How would I like to respond differently? The goal isn't to suppress emotions, but to understand them.
Journaling gives you space to listen to your own thoughts without outside opinions or expectations. The more honestly you write, the more clearly you begin to understand what you need, value, and want.
For 30 days, simply write about what happened, how you felt, what challenged you, what went well, and what you learned.
Then read your first entries again.
The real value of journaling isn't just recording your life. It's learning to understand yourself better.

FAQ
It is common to move up and down the Emotional Scale throughout the day and experience several different emotions. What matters most is your dominant emotional state: the emotion you return to most often, as this is what shapes your overall emotional frequency. Rather than rushing forward, give yourself time to fully experience and stabilize each emotion.
Think of the Emotional Scale like a ladder: lasting progress comes from moving one step at a time, not rushing to the top. Every emotion has a purpose, and there is no wrong emotion. To build positive emotional momentum, accept where you are, move gradually, and give yourself time to stabilize at each stage. Celebrate even the smallest shifts: they are signs of progress. With awareness and practice, you can create a more natural and sustainable movement toward the emotional states you want to experience more often.
Recognize your current emotional frequency by tracking your emotions each day and identifying your dominant emotional state. Make peace with where you are, here and now, without judgment. Then, identify the next slightly better-feeling emotion, release resistance, and take small, guided steps toward the emotional state you desire.
A payment method is required to start your 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Letting go of control spiritually means releasing your attachment to a specific outcome and trusting that something greater — spirit, your guides, the universe — is working on your behalf. It doesn't mean becoming passive. It means choosing to stop forcing and start listening.
Giving up means disconnecting from the situation entirely. Surrendering means handing it over — to spirit, to your guides, to a higher plan — while still being present and willing; you're just releasing the need to control how it unfolds.
A reliable signal is when your thoughts keep circling the same questions — what, why, when, where, how, who. That loop is the mind trying to solve something it can't. When you notice it, that's your cue to breathe, pause, and reach for your prayer or mantra.
The gap is the space between the mind's impulse to control and the soul's natural state of trust. You access it through breath and prayer — slowing down enough to let your soul's knowing come through.
