Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad-serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some ads may be personalized based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

You may visit the DAA WebChoices tool to learn more about interest-based advertising and how to opt out. If you delete cookies or use a different browser or mobile device, you may need to renew your opt-out choices. Opting out does not stop advertising from appearing; it may make ads less relevant to your interests.

We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time for non-advertising purposes. We use Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve Site performance and for analytics and marketing purposes. For more information, visit Google's privacy partners page. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit Google Analytics opt-out.

Your browser may offer tools to limit the use of cookies or delete cookies. However, if you use these tools, our Site may not function as intended.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, which may provide browsing history to third parties. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree.

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the operation of our Sites, including cookies that enable you to log into secure areas.
  • Analytical and performance cookies: help us recognize and count visitors and see how visitors move around our Sites so we can improve them.
  • Targeting and advertising cookies: record your visit, pages viewed, and links followed. We may use and share this information to make our Sites and advertising more relevant to your interests.

You may block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse all or some cookies. However, blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary cookies, may prevent you from accessing all or parts of our Site. Except for strictly necessary cookies, cookies expire after fourteen months.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The Sites may provide links to third-party websites or apps. We do not control their privacy practices, and they are not covered by this Privacy Policy. You should review the privacy policies of any other websites or apps that you use.

The Sites may also include third-party tools or plug-ins. If you use these tools to share personal information or otherwise interact with their features, those companies may collect, use, and share information about you according to their privacy policies and your account settings.

International Visitors

This section applies to individuals from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We may process personal information with your consent, when necessary to fulfill a contract, where required by law, or where it is in our legitimate interests, such as for customer service or safety and security, and those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Our sharing of personal information may involve transferring data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. When we transfer data to other countries, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legal requirements.

You may have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of processing of, or portability of your personal information. Where we previously obtained your consent, you may withdraw that consent. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at support@thisisphoenixrising.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

We may collect personal and online identifiers, customer records, transaction information, internet or electronic network activity information, coarse geolocation information, and inferences about predicted characteristics and preferences.

We may receive personal information from you, affiliates or joint venture partners, service providers, data analytics providers, social networks, and advertising companies and networks.

Subject to applicable exceptions and limitations, residents of certain states may request confirmation of processing; information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold; a portable copy of information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; and an opt-out of sharing for interest-based advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise a privacy right, contact support@thisisphoenixrising.com and provide the information needed to verify your identity and understand the scope of your request. We may need, at minimum, your name, email address, and phone number.
